Microsoft Chairman Bill Gates was so unhappy that Kai-Fu Lee was leaving the company for Google that he told Lee to expect a lawsuit from Chief Executive Steve Ballmer, Lee said in court filings this week. "Steve is definitely going to sue you and Google over this," Gates said, according to the filings. "He has been looking for something just like this, someone at a VP [vice-president] level to go to Google. We need to do this to stop Google." | ||

#1 - Except Borland didn't have a non-compete in their employee's contracts.
This guy is obviously violating his non-compete, both technically and in the spirit of the agreement. |

If he is indded guilty then he must face the consequences like a man.
As for google i think they need to face reality again. |

| Reading tech rags, you would think msft is the only company that has a non-compete. Damn its frustrating how narrowly intelligent (only smart on 1 thing) many technical folks have become. |
