ORLANDO, Fla.—Microsoft Corp. used its Tech Ed conference here Monday to roll out some large enterprise customers to participate in a discussion about their experience with the company and its products. The tables, however, were turned when someone in the audience asked the panelists what they thought of the company's enterprise licensing schemes.Frank Gillette, chief analyst at Forrester Research Inc., was moderating what had been a very upbeat and pro-Microsoft discussion, where four enterprises shared their positive experiences using Microsoft technologies.
