iBeta Quality Assurance, leading provider of software quality assurance and software testing services, announced today they have been selected by Microsoft Corp. as one of only three approved and recommended third party Xbox testing facilities in North America. iBeta will offer a complete range of services for Xbox including functionality testing, Technical Certification Requirements compliance (TCRs), Xbox Live! & system link multiplayer testing, and peripheral testing. Microsoft put test houses under rigorous scrutiny in areas such as security, infrastructure, and ability to scale for increased demand. "We are honored to be selected by Microsoft as a recommended Xbox testing firm," said Earl Wing, iBeta CFO. "We have worked hard to get the necessary infrastructure in place to meet the increased demand we expect in 2005 as a result of being selected by Microsoft." | ||
