Hint: If you are using your credit card online, the number is sitting on a database on a web server waiting for someone to hack in.
Go ask playboy.com how that works... just happened to them this past week. |

Actually I agree with #11. I don't like anyone holding my credit card either, but that means effectively that I can't do any buying on the internet.
I guess what I find amazing is all the people complaining about passport who appear to prefer the alternative. Sensitive information not stored in 1 location but rather 40... all 40 of which are less secure than microsoft's passport servers. The more places storing your info, the more chances someone has to get it. The fact of the matter is, very few people are going to target an individual, they are going to target a server. |
