Once embraced by consumers, today's most recognizable brands convey an experience that people know, trust and can relate to before they open the packaging, install the batteries or click on the Web site. Trusted brands provide consumers the confidence to throw a product in their cart without scrutinizing the fine print on the back of the box -- or to try new products with little trepidation as long as they share the same brand. | ||

halcyon, its ok to let a msft employee make a statement, without disagreeing about it. Try it sometime. You started disagreeing before you even read the article.
One only needs to look at the success of MSN (world-known brand, great name recognition, and lately... a profitable company) to see that someone is marketing MSN very well. |

Anyone whose practical decisions are based on emotions is words you can't say on this site! Also, it's hilarious how they disguise PR as an interview. I guess MS are making their own news now."
Seems to me you are just being critical of her because she represents MSFT. |
