hmm, I can understand the changes in stock... and I'm not quite certain on the changes to prescription drug coverage... It only mentions copay if generics are available, and that makes sense. I'd be more concerned with copay where generics aren't available as those are the expensive drugs.
doesn't sound like I much care for their vacation plan. I prefer the time-off plan we have here where vacation is merged with sick time and you just take whatever, so you get like 20 days a year instead of the 10 vacation + 10 sick you'd get elsewhere. Good for me, as I don't very often get sick and have no kids.
It sounds like MS is moving away from the get-rich quick scheme to the stay-long-term scheme. That is, moving away from the stock options and offering expanded stuff as you stay there longer.
If that's the case, I can understand it. If it's to cut costs, that seems pretty stingy.
