Logitech, a leading provider of gaming controllers for PCs and consoles, has added another new member to its growing family of cordless controllers for gaming consoles -- the Logitech® Cordless Precision™ Controller for the Xbox® video game system from Microsoft. Modeled after the original top-selling Logitech® Cordless Controller for Xbox, the Logitech Cordless Precision Controller for Xbox, announced at the CeBIT tradeshow in Hanover, Germany, and scheduled to be featured at the Computer Game Developers' Conference in San Jose, Calif., offers the same precision and lightning-fast response with its 2.4 GHz cordless radio frequency (RF) technology. However, the new controller features a lower price, smaller size, and half the battery requirement (two AA batteries). Due to ship later this spring, the Logitech Cordless Precision Controller for Xbox carries a suggested retail price of $49.99 in the U.S.
