- DOWNLOAD: Fitness ABCs v7.6 [540K] Win9x/2k/XP FREE The International Fitness Association (IFA) Training Manual is a fitness guide that allows you to study for the IFA test, which you can take online and get the score instantly. If you pass, you can pay for certification and be declared certified. Amazing how the Internet makes it easy for us to accomplish such things. Of course, remember this is not a substitute for a trainer or a doctor's advice. Those who don't want certification will find valuable information in this book. Available as a Word document, PDF, or eBook. Stretch before starting anything!
- DOWNLOAD: Remove Hidden Data v1.0 (Office Add-in) [280K] Win2k/XP FREE
Microsoft has quietly released an update that deletes hidden information for users of Office XP and 2003's Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. The programs hide meta data that contain document information that is designed to help workers collaborate on projects and the update permanently removes hidden and collaboration data, such as change tracking and comments. The download is for Office XP and 2003 applications. One computer had no problems with the install, but the other kept erroring.
