| JXP, you are correct. The deal to purchase Intuit feel thru, IIRC, because Microsoft didn't want additional anti-trust concerns just when the browser case was getting hot. So, Intuit didn't do anything of itself to beat Microsoft, it was just a matter of timing that caused them to not be purchased. |
