okay, first... Why is the obscurity factor overlookable? People act as if as soon as the first person to use Macs as a security measure, their marketshare will flipflop, they will be the biggest target, developers will all code for Mac, and it'll be a nightmare... This is ridiculous, and in fact, quite a few companies and orgs are already doing this. The US Navy and others.
Secondly, Macs do not have ActiveX, Applescript does not have the same level of potential for exploit.
Macs do not have the messaging flaw.
Way too much interconnection between Outlook, Exchange, Office, the System, the web, hotmail. Macs do not have this.
Macs by default are configured to be much more locked down than PCs.
So where is this argument that you'll regret using the Mac as a security measure?
