Microsoft Corp.'s European MSN Internet service will add a feature to its Internet music service that lets customers buy digital songs over the Internet. MSN's Music Club service, which lets European customers play music on the Web, will now let them pay to own the songs, said Erin Cullen, a Microsoft product manager. MSN's product is based on the music service sold by On Demand Distribution, or OD2, a London company founded by musician Peter Gabriel that has online distribution rights from the world's top five music companies.
