The new icons are cool. You can see hints of the apps hiding behind the about boxes and after having used O2K3 B2, I can see some improvements.
Outlook is firggin' awesome, there is a huge advancement between Outlook2k, XP, and now 2003. The only problem is, and I'm not sure if this is Outlook or Norton SuckVirus, but whenever it Send/Receives from POP3 boxes and it finishes and stuff starts showing up in the inbox, the CPU pegs to 100% and the hard disk goes nuts and whores the whole box for like 3 seconds, and then everything's cool. Doing this every 5 minutes or so really gets on your nerves. I hope they fix that. |

| speaking of Office Betas... I received by beta OneNote CD today. Interesting app. Makes me wish I had a tabletpc. WIthout that, the app doesnt seem like much to get excited about. |

I had the same problem using Word as my email editor. But since I changed to plain text it opens fast. |
