iTunes 4 and Quicktime 6.2 Due Today | |

We have just been informed that Apple users can expect iTunes 4 and Quicktime 6.2 (for AAC support) today. This goes along with the full Apple music service announcement due in the next 40 minutes or so that is set to introduce new iPod's, iTunes and the long awaited Apple foray into MP3 selling over the internet. | ||

Actually, it is true streaming...
All you have to do is set it up, open up port 3689 (I think that's it) on your firewall, and you can access your ENTIRE music library from anywhere on the Internet from another Mac. it does NOT download the track to the target machine. It actually streams it. TL |
