#2 Shoremark,
There are millions upon millions of users that use Microsoft Publisher. If you are only using it to create greeting cards, than you need to educate yourself in it's feature set. Publisher carries most of the commerical printing features of Adobe Pagemaker for hundreds less.
Publisher 2003 offers full Spot/Composite CMYK and Seps, Pantone™, Full Office Escher, Access Database, full webdesign features (easier to use than FrontPage for the SOHO market),the Word Mail Merge engine along with a new picture merge (catalog merge), full Macro and VBA support, Graphics Manager, Trapping and Per Object Trapping, Thesaurus, Grammar, Spell Checker, Add-In support, ability to save all publications as images, word documents, html and mht files, and much more.
I know of hundreds of people that use Publisher instead of Word because Publisher is much easier for text control and graphic layout...even for books that exceed 1000 pages.
The reason Publisher came back into the Office Bundles for 2003 is because of the high demand after they took it out of the Office XP bundles.
