Creative has just release a driver update for its range of Sound Blaster Live! 5.1 cards for users running on English-language installations of Windows 2000 only. This update fixes:

Oh you need to have need to have Service Pack 2. Not a prob for most.
BTW Anyone know what the difference the SB Live 5.1 boards are, (Models: SB0060, SB0100 and SB0102)? |

| Well just incase you haven't worked it out yet, but Windows XP isn't officially out yet, so creative how no real reason to release the XP drivers yet. Not even any betas they maybe working behind the sences. But what ever the reason, in my experience I've found that create are very slow at releasing drivers and updates, and with the Audgy (I think it is called) out, most if any, support will now go to this card and the Live series will only get driver updates as a by product of their main card. |

| #5 - Yeah creative are dire at getting out new drivers for their soundcards, how long did people have to wait for Win 2k support. Hopefully they will get drivers out for XP a little sooner. |
