I clicked on the link before reading the comments and had the same reaction! There is no way that I am registering to read that article.
Let me just say this! I have had my free hotmail account for over 3 years. I recently upgraded to the pay version for the increased space. I also got tired of frequently deleting/moving attachments that friends would send. Granted that there will never be a 30 period that I will go without checking my hotmail, but you never know. There is nothing free on the web anymore (even NetZero is not free), Yahoo charges for premium services as do most companies. Why shouldn't Microsoft? Yahoo premium prices: 10 megabytes for $9.99/year 25 megabytes for $19.99/year 50 megabytes for $29.99/year 100 megabytes for $49.99/year |

There was a story similar to this that appeared here last year. I wonder if this is the same story.
I didn't read this article either, but from the blurb, it sounds equally as ignorant as that other article. |

I was in Best Buy yesterday to buy a new keyboard. As I was walking up to the counter I saw "My Cousin Vinny" on DVD for $8.99. So I threw that up on the counter as well. Then I saw "The Rainmaker" for $11.99 and I decided I had to have that also!
Those bleeping baffoons at Best Buy tricked me into buying those DVDs! I'm going to sue Best Buy for encouraging my DVD addiction. |
