321 Studios CEO responds to DeCSS case - The law works!

Currently DVD X Copy by 321 Studios is fighting for the right to allow people to make a personal backup of their DVD discs. The company has launched a website and is also trying to make sure the entertainment industry will not restrict digital even more. We asked Mr. Moore, CEO of 321 Studios for a reaction on the DeCSS case.

What is your reaction on the DeCSS case?
I think it just proves that consumers rights and fair use expectations, far outweigh any technical interpretation of the law. The irreconcilable attitudes of Hollywood with plain common sense have now been clearly demonstrated in two different courts of law. Thank God, the system still works!

And in perspective to your software DVD X Copy?
DVD X COPY is simply another tool that is being used by consumers to avail themselves of fair use rights. This is a huge win for all Consumers!
