Microsoft said Wednesday that it plans to delay until next year the release of its new customer relationship management software, which it had slated for release by the end of the year. The company is still testing the product and plans to ship version 1.0 early next year, a Microsoft spokeswoman said. "Microsoft Business Solutions is committed to the highest standards and is dedicated to delivering a product that best meets customers' needs," David Thacher, general manager of CRM at Microsoft Business Solutions, said in a statement. | ||

Either he was lying to you, or Microsoft is lying about there being an RC process--instead of going from RC1 and making changes and then RC2 with possibly some additional changes and then going gold... or you are lying.

BTW, you should learn how to read before you attack. MSCRM is not in competition with Siebel, et al. MSCRM is for companies with 500 employees or less. Now in the future, I'm sure they will have competing products, but with MSCRM 1.0, they most certainly do not. |

All I did was parse the logic: 1,2, or 3 is wrong. 1,2, or 3 is lying or misinformed. THe only interesting point is 2:if his source is correct, then despite what MS is cliaming about an RC1, RC2, and Gold build, they are actually shipping the likely to be buggy RC1. This was my point, as per my usual, what the hell is your point? I'm at troll? Please... |
