West Virginia's attorney general would like to make West Virginia the second state to appeal the landmark settlement between Microsoft and the federal government, but he's not sure his office has enough cash.
I find it hard to believe that AOL TimeWarner (the people funding all of this) have run out of cash so soon.

Indeed! Btw the saddest thing is that all this pushing to appeal the settlement is not driven by a quest for justice but just because other companies are trying to hit MS sideways. The "Res publica" can rest in peace.
