"As the evidence during nearly five years of litigation showed, Microsoft was perfectly willing to use its Windows operating-system monopoly to crush competitors."
What company doesn't compete, and try to be number #1? I thought the idea of being in business was to make money for yourself, and your employees, etc... Not to play footsies with the competition? Since when did the USA become communist? This whole thing has been a blight on free enterprise. Sun is trying to use the US Court system to help its business, since they can't compete on the free market. Look at AMD, they are less than half the size of Intel, yet they are taking them on admirably. Learn a lesson Sun, and stop trying hiding behind the governments coat tails. You know what happens with those that play with the beast (government) too much? They get devoured.
Now it is time to put this thing to rest, and go on about the business of life. We have more things to worry about than the rants and raves of loser companies like Sun, and AOL.
