TechLarry ...XScale will be utilized when MS updates their OS for the device, but from what I've learned, the next update still won't utilized the XScale. Intel ...a few months ago ...has informed all the software developers to utilized the speed of the processor because of that matter.
It is the same for the Palm's move to the Strong Arm processor; the device has a fast processor that is not being utilized by the OS.
As for the device ...$199 for 300 Mhz, probably 32 MB of RAM / $299 for 400 Mhz, 64 MB of RAM, I'll opt for the one that has more RAM because, as we all know, having more RAM is better, and it is the same way with the Pocket PC Devices. I'm getting another one. =)
