A little lesson for those who don't live in CALI: the public utilities weren't the ones who F***ED (sorry virgin-ears but that's the only word for it) the state--it was the outside energy traders, pipelines, etc... There was also no energy shortage... there was plenty of energy, people simply couldn't afford the prices. It was a shortage of affordable energy.
That being said, I don't want MS to be like a public utility unless they allow an independent public utilities commission to rule their practices, decisions.
(Soda, please watch the swearing. Well, at least the mother of all swears)
