Florida Microsoft users can go ahead with a class action lawsuit against the company, a federal judge has ruled. Circuit Judge Bernard Shapiro of Miami rejected Microsoft's challenges to the class action. The software giant had claimed that the plantiffs could not quantify alleged overcharges and be said to share common issues. The lawsuit claims that Microsoft violated a state law against unfair trade practices by adopting an anticompetitive approach to sales of its operating system and applications software. | ||

How about I sue all the assholes using my tax money for the mere purpose of trying to gain money (and is indeed, stelling money, in my opinion).
How can Microsoft have overcharged for Windows when they've been charging the same amount since Windows95, which was before there was this so called "monopoly"? |

| This is another lawyers banquet and nothing else. Unfortunately Florida is one of the dissenting States but in a couple of days I will be able to show my disappointment for this behaviour; btw using the "new voting equipment". |
