African Americans File $5 Billion Bias Suit Against Microsoft; Plaintiffs Charge Discrimination in Pay and Promotions | |

Willie Gary, an internationally recognized trial lawyer, filed a $5 billion class action lawsuit in U.S. District Court today, charging employment discrimination against the Microsoft Computer Corporation. The suit is one of the largest discrimination lawsuits on behalf of a class of African-Americans in the history of the United States. Seven plaintiffs, all current or former Microsoft employees, say in the complaint that they were discriminated against in regards to compensation and promotions. In addition, the plaintiffs maintain that their race played a significant role in wrongful terminations and that they were the victims of retaliation by Microsoft after complaining about their treatment. | ||

| I, like millions of other white and other colored Americans, am sick and tired of so called "African-Americans" pulling this kind of B.S. If it is so bad here, they can take their sorry asses back to Africa and live it up in their non-existant "homeland". Or better yet, make all of them a one time offer. Buy them ALL a ONE WAY ticket back to Africa and give them the ONE TIME choice of permanantly revoking their U.S. citizenship and all U.S. ties in exchange for the ticket, or else shutting the f_ck up and letting us live our lives in peace. I could definitely live with that, and I would lose NO sleep over it. Just for the record, I have MANY black friends, and not one of them acts as if they are ever discriminated against in any way. Let's get rid of the "political correctness" which is total bullsh_t anyway, and start running this country with common sense. |

At the risk of sounding racist (which I'm not, or don't try to be, I'm trying to be genuine here), the black leadership in this country is incredibly pitiful. From the corruption and stealing of millions of dollars at the NAACP, to Jesse Jackson continually trying to convince blacks that they are being repressed, rather than rallying them to exceed and succeed, to Al Sharpton who still believes that America should pay all blacks millions of dollars for slavery. The best thing blacks could do for themselves and their country would be to have some more respect for themselves rather than playing the victim all the time. If they organized themselves in business and culture, they could be a major driving capital and political source in this country. Instead, they seem to be content in playing the victim and constant accusing people of keeping them down and requesting more benefits. The black people are a hard working people when they're motivated, and it's very disheartening for me as an American to see my fellow brothers being led down a really wrong path. I hope that new conservative leadership under Dubya sprouts up and the blacks start earning the respect they deserve and become the driving force in business and politics that they should be. |

| Hey #12, I am not saying that African-Americans are either good OR bad. There is NOTHING racist about my comment, nor in its intent. I am NOT a racist person! I am against racism! I am only stating the BLATANT fact that some people are trying to cheat and take advantage of the whole "bleeding heart wacko" segment of our population by saying they were discriminated against in some way BECAUSE of their skin color. This whole mindset has been allowed to fester to this point because of jerkoffs such as yourself supporting it. You obviously have some kind of skeleton in your closet or something disturbing your conscience to even think of my reply as anything other than fact, or racist in any way. "Political Correctness" is nothing more that a way to avoid the FACTS of life so as to not hurt anyone's feelings. Well, sometimes the truth hurts, but the world is a better place because of it! I have the honesty, moral fortitude, and integrity to REFUSE to be "politically correct". Why don't you sack up and do the same? |
