There are over 8 new screenshots of Battlefield 1942 from Electronic Arts and Digital Illusions at the official game site. Based on World War II and seemingly part of their long line of WWII base games, Battlefield 1942 has players trekking across the desert of Africa, bombarding the ground at the Battle of Nomandy in over 35 vehicles of war.
