The evidence is growing that Microsoft Windows 8 is off to a disappointing start. If nothing else, it is obviously the case that the debut of the new version of the OS has done nothing for PC demand, which continues to be soft, with no signs of imminent recovery. But the troubles run deeper than that. | ||
