Microsoft is expected to launch the next version of Windows, Windows 8, around the end of 2012. Windows 8 is expected to be one of Microsoft’s biggest launches to date as it will target the desktop, notebook as well as tablet markets. Windows 8 will compete with Apple and Linux-based distros in the desktop OS space, and Apple’s iOS and Google‘s Android in the tablet OS market. | ||
