For a while — in the 2007 to 2009 period, give or take, Labs were all the rage at Microsoft. I’m not talking about Microsoft Research’s labs around the world, in this case. Instead, this was about the rash of technology incubation Labs that Microsoft created a few years back: Live Labs, Dev Labs, Adcenter Labs, Office Labs, Startup Labs, Rich Media Labs, Search Labs, and more. | ||
