Nine states seeking tough antitrust sanctions against Microsoft told a federal judge on Tuesday that they have more evidence that a proposed settlement of the landmark case is already hurting computer makers. The states say Microsoft has taken advantage of the proposed settlement with the Justice Department to adopt more onerous licensing terms for its software.
However, it's unclear whether U.S. District Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly will allow the complaints of manufacturers to be admitted into the case.
