On Monday we reported that Microsoft was planning to unveil Windows Mobile 6.5 and three accompanying cloud services at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) in Barcelona next month. Now, DigiTimes is reporting that Microsoft will be sending the actual bits of its latest mobile OS to handset makers sometime in mid-2009, with the public getting new phones in the second half of the year | ||
