With Microsoft's stock at a 10-year-low, some frustration was evident at the company's annual meeting Wednesday.
Karen Robbins, a children's book author, addressed CEO Steve Ballmer and Chairman Bill Gates, and first thanked them.
"Twenty years ago, I started my dream to be a children's writer," she said. "Bill Gates and Microsoft totally changed my career. I just wanted to thank you."
Then, she switched into shareholder mode.
