Electronic Arts today announced the release of F1 2002 on XBOX. F1 2002 will be the first Formula One game to feature the new 2002 season when it launches. Officially licensed from Formula One Administration Limited, it features real drivers, teams, cars and tracks from the 2002 FIA Formula One World Championship. F1 2002 will ship in Spring 2002 for PC-CD, PlayStation®2 computer entertainment system and the Nintendo GameCube™ and out now for the Xbox™ video game system by Microsoft. “With the development of F1 2002 we will give the racing fan the opportunity to compete in parallel with one of the most ferociously fought sporting battles on the planet, the 2002 FIA Formula One World Championship” Said Executive Producer John Rostron, “In order to deliver this we have worked side by side with the teams from within Formula One to ensure we will deliver both a technically accurate and highly engaging racing experience.” | ||
