Ghosts? Pac-Dots? Power Pellets? This may sound like objects found in something from the mind of Tim Schaeffer, but we’re talking old school here. Although classic gamers may not have known they were eating “Pac-Dots”, they probably did their fair share of the activity in 1981. With just a few changes of their hit Pac-Man, Namco created a new legion of fans (and potentially the first wave of Frag Dolls) with Ms. Pac-Man. It’s amazing what a bow and some lipstick can do. Or maybe it’s the mole/dimple that caught everyone’s attention? Any way you slice it, Ms. Pac-Man was every bit of Mr. Pac-Man’s equal, and much more to certain classic gamers and game historians.
