In this presentation, we talk with three companies who have made key investments in .NET, and we discuss the benefits and challenges these companies have experienced with .NET. We also drill into the technical details and code for some .NET tips and tricks our guests want to share with the developer community. The first company we interview is the Home Shopping Network (.com), a household name who has built a core piece of their HSN.com functionality using ASP.NET. Next, we talk with Pacific Life, a Fortune 500 insurance company who is not only building an exciting new user experience for their customer Web site with ASP.NET, but also taking advantage of XML Web services in several applications. Finally, we chat with Webridge, a key ISV who is using .NET technologies to enable their customers to build industrial-strength extranets. | ||
