When someone rent's a game for the Xbox 360 from an online video game retailer, who's fault is it when the Xbox 360 has a well known defect on scratching discs? Is it Microsoft? GameFly? The Xbox 360 hardware fault can potentially scratch a disc. While it is probably more of Microsoft's fault for the Xbox 360 defect, GameFly should've been more aware on how bad this problem is in the first place. | ||
