WASHINGTON--A federal judge on Monday rejected a request by Microsoft to delay the start of hearings to determine antitrust sanctions against the software giant.
At a hearing before U.S. District Court Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly, Microsoft had complained that it was having difficulties obtaining documents from some companies named as witnesses in the remedy proceedings.
However, Judge Kollar-Kotelly brushed aside those concerns. "The schedule is still workable, and I'm expecting the parties to adhere to it," she said.
