American Airlines has selected several country programs in the CulturedTraveler(TM) Inflight series as offerings for its first- and business-class passengers. The intelligent entertainment programs, created by AcrossFrontiers International, will launch on AA's onboard DVD system in March 2001.
AcrossFrontiers' CulturedTraveler(TM) Inflight takes culture, country, and global business content to a new level, affording international travelers an entertaining, intelligent in-flight experience. Created by teams of experienced cultural and country specialists around the world, the CulturedTraveler(TM) Inflight product provides destination-specific overviews of cultures and countries, making them ideal for today's savvy business and leisure travelers. American Airlines has opted for two regional DVDs: the Western Europe DVD, which includes programs on France, Germany, and the UK; and the Americas DVD, which covers Brazil, Mexico, and the U.S.
