ESA Applauds Crackdown on Xbox Pirate

The Entertainment Software Association announced today that the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland has issued a prison sentence for an employee of a pirated game retailer. Hitesh Patel, a manager of a Pandora's Cube location, pled guilty to charges of conspiracy to commit felony copyright infringement and to violating the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
