A Chat with the Man in Charge In a little more than a year since Shane Kim took over as head of Microsoft® Game Studios (MGS), he has led some of the largest and most successful game launches in the publisher’s history, including Fable® and Halo® 2. Kim manages the first-party development teams and basically works with some of the most talented people in the industry.
