By 2008, Intel's mainstream desktop processors will have 10 times the performance of its first Pentium 4, the company has said. The prediction came as Intel outlined its strategy for multi-core processors and increased use of multi-threading within processors. Its first dual-core processor is due to be released next year. | ||
