Microsoft Corp. (MSFT.O: Quote, Profile, Research) and watch maker Swatch (UHR.VX: Quote, Profile, Research) are offering wireless data watches with faster information updates at lower prices than earlier models, the companies said on Wednesday. The new watches offer news, sports, weather and stock quotes, among other snippets of content, via Microsoft's MSN Direct wireless data service. Known as the "Paparazzi" line, the computerized Swatches also offer local entertainment updates through a deal with publisher Time Out, as well as a chance to meet celebrities.
