The current problems that arise with Windows XP Service Pack 2 when you are running certain applications, including some from Microsoft itself, seem suspicious to me and remind me of the days of "DOS isn't done until Lotus won't run." I mention that because among the huge list of applications that don't work or that need hand-tweaking to run with SP2, you'll find some that compete directly with Microsoft initiatives. This all proves what you get with 45 million lines of what must be spaghetti code. | ||
