Internet retailer Amazon.com held a pre-sale for three Xbox value packs [$499.99] today and sold out within minutes. The Xbox Adrenaline Pack [DOA 3, Halo, Munch] was the first to go, followed by the Premier Pack [Project Gotham, Munch, Tony Hawk] and the All Star Pack [Madden, Munch, Tony Hawk]. It took literally seconds for the Adrenaline and Premier Packs to sell out. The All Star Pack was available for pre-order for about a minute before it sold out. Amazon now sports a "On Sale November 15th" display at the Xbox section. No word on whether the e-tailer plans to sell more units on launch day. | ||
