Nothing like cutting it close: It appears that Microsoft is going to make its target shipping date for Office XP. Microsoft will host a worldwide launch of its next-generation Windows desktop application suite May 31, sources close to the company said Thursday. During the past several months, Microsoft has maintained that the company would ship Office XP by June. | ||
