Microsoft has apparently succeeded in patenting human skin as a new type of network. InSourced magazine claims that the recently-awarded United States Patent number 6 754 472 is a "method and apparatus for transmitting power and data using the human body". The patent, it says, forms part of a new project to link together several devices using human tissue as the connector. | ||
