Apple loses Chinese clothes trademark | |

Apple has lost its attempt to have its trademark extended to cover clothing and other items in China. The company has lost an appeal against a recent judgment by the Chinese courts. Apple had tried to assert a trademark claim against Guangdong Apples Industrial Co, but lost that initial case, so it appealed. | ||
