I got a chance to stop by Key Arena in Seattle on Saturday afternoon to watch a couple of the matchups in the Microsoft Hockey Challenge. (It's an annual event to raise money for local Ronald McDonald House charities.) The event got its start six years ago as a grudge match between Canadian and American employees in the Microsoft Exchange Server group, and it quickly grew into something much larger, with several teams from Microsoft participating, along with teams from other companies and collections of local and celebrity all-stars. | ||
