China's largest online game firm, Shanda Networking, said on Wednesday former Microsoft China President Tang Jun would be its new president, as it consolidated a new management team prior to a Nasdaq listing. Tang, who resigned from Microsoft (nasdaq: MSFT - news - people) on Tuesday after more than nine years, joins Shanda founder and chief executive Timothy Chan at the Internet games giant, which is expected to seek a $300 million to $500 million listing during the first quarter.
