  • DOWNLOAD: CoolCoder v1.1_1 Requires registration to download and Java Virtual Machine (it comes with the option to download it with the CoolCoder program). The site says the program is currently free and the wording implies that future editions may not be free. CoolCoder immediately starts with a tutorial introducing you to Rex and the interface. The program highlights the current code line while running the program. Very cool. After the tour is completed, dive into the first lesson. Hey, I created my first robots and put one on each corner of the chess board. It's a cool coder, all right!
  • DOWNLOAD: Eternal Lands v0.9.4Role-playing gamers, this one is for you. Eternal Lands is a free MMORPG - massive multiplay online RPG that is currently in the beta stage and includes chat rooms and forums. The storyline has not been developed yet and writers are needed to help create it. Starting on Isla Prima, work to complete the first two quests so you can fight, eat, and harvest. Thank goodness for the beginner's guide as it is easy to understand and gets a first-timer off to a good start. Create a character, provide a name, and you're good to go. Find Raven, who will help you le arn your way around. Sitting down, I look like I'm in yoga mode. Tuning out.

The MIME standard introduced the ability to allow more than just plain text to be exchanged between different e-mail systems. Without it, sending photos, sound files, video clips or many types of spreadsheets and documents via e-mail would be much more complicated or, in some cases, impossible to do.
