This feature-loaded special edition comes complete with a 1.85:1 anamorphic widescreen transfer, Dolby Digital 5.1 surround track, no less than five audio commentaries(!), the "Beneath The Skin: The Making of Cabin Fever" featurette, "Rotten Fruit" animated shorts by Roth, a "Family Friendly" edit of Cabin Fever, something called "Chick-Vision," a Pancakes! music video and trailers.
